The University of Manchester, the North Western Postgraduate Deanery and the NHS North West are making a major commitment to the development of clinical academics. The University of Manchester has been awarded the highest number of Fellowships and Lectureships in the country.
For the period 2006-2011, 84 Academic Clinical Fellowships (ACFs) and 38 Clinical Lectureships (CLs) have been awarded in the following programmes:
