COEH study makes the news
February 2011
The COEH featured in the news recently, after research led by Dr Frank de Vocht, a lecturer in occupational and environmental health, revealed that radio frequency exposure from mobile phone use does not appear to increase the risk of developing brain cancers by any significant amount. The study, "Time trends (1998–2007) in brain cancer incidence rates in relation to mobile phone use in England", was published in the journal Bioelectromagnetics in January 2011.
