• Just quickly answer yes or no to the questions about your personality
• If you would like to know about the next phase of our research (for which you will be reimbursed), please leave your email address and we will send details to you. You can also phone your nearest centre (see Contact Us)
• If you would like to be entered into a prize draw with a chance of winning £100 please leave your email address. Leaving your email address places you under no obligation to do anything and everyone is entered into a draw.
• We are legally required to keep your answers confidential. If you leave your email we keep it separate from your questionnaire answers. Your answers will be coded and stored on computers identified only by a code number. Only the research team at each centre will have access to your data.
