Biography

I have worked at the University of Manchester since 1994. Initially I worked in the Finance Office where I completed my professional accountancy qualification and worked as a Management Accountant.  I then spent 3 years as Executive Assistant to Professor Sir Martin Harris during his term as Vice-Chancellor, and following maternity leave I returned to the University in 2004 to work for the Institute of Political and Economic Governance in the Faculty of Humanities. I moved to the role of Head of School Administration for the School of Medicine in 2005, and moved to my current role following the reorganisation of Medicine in 2007.
