Research
My work involves the management and analysis of Aspergillus genomes for which I have established CADRE (the Central Aspergillus Data REpository). This project arose to enable maintenance of the complete annotated genomic sequence of Aspergillus fumigatus and to provide tools for searching, analysing and visualising features of fungal genomes. It is now a public resource for housing and analysing genomic data extracted from any number of species of Aspergillus.
