Biography
The role of Technical Project Manager for NIBHI is an exciting one at the forefront of Biohealth Informatics. I am responsible for leading a team to develop an e-Infrastructure that provides informatics support for clinical, medical and biological researchers. I have a specific interest in making High Performance Computing for Genomic Medical Research accessible so that it is seamless and intuitive to use. By drawing on the strength of our team and my eight years experience in quality software development, I aim to provide genuine support for specialists who want to make use of cutting edge biotechnology and e-Science tools.
I am currently exploring Microsoft’s Silverlight (i.e. a cross-browser, cross-platform plug-in) to enrich the interactivity in ASP.NET web applications.
