Role

In my current position I am an associate scientist directing the scientific research arm of the Genito Urinary Cancer Research group led by Professor Noel Clarke. The main research focus of the group have been on genito urinary cancer stem cells (renal, bladder and prostate), molecular and chemometric analysis of prostate cancer, mechanisms of metastasis and development / study of novel agents and molecular markers. Recent discoveries by this team have led to the requirement for a dedicated research group to address the specific role of lipids in the prostate cancer metastasis to the bone.
